King George's Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow King George's Medical College, Lucknow, a century old institution is internationally known for its high standards in education and research. It was elevated to the level of university in 2002 and is now known as King George's Medical University. The neonatal unit started in 1974, functions at two places, i.e. maternity hospital with 3500 annual deliveries and children's hospital. The neonatal unit has 16 intensive care beds with 1300 admissions annually. |
